Mission Statement-

Bury me in smoke barbecue started in 2019 after Vinnie Paul’s untimely passing in 2018. Vinnie always had cookouts and would grill even while on tour. this inspired me to get a kettle grill and start learning. I spent the next year getting pellet grill’s (yes, plural. I burned up the first 2). Then i moved on to a custom built reverse flow smoker. Although there were many long nites wasted and failed attempts i became obsessed and knew this is what i wanted to do. I put my name on the waitlist to have a custom built food trailer built. realizing i was running out of room for briskets, i decided it was time to upgrade to a 500 gallon smoker that i have now. Barbecuing in general, is about spending time with your family, friends and having a good time! Especially here in Texas! Passion, Patience, Perfection is our motto and hope to see ya soon.
